Experience:

• 6 to 10 years

• Masters
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Masters/MBA from any recognized university

• Diploma in Islamic Banking and relevant CIPA, CSAA Professional degree will be treated as additional

• 6 to 10 years

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Opportunity for Meghna Bank Islamic Banking Window located at Dhaka Gulshan, Mirpur, Uttara, Chattogram, Cumilla, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barishal

• Minimum 8-10 years’ banking experience having exposure in Islamic banking including 3 years in investment banking for the posting applied for SPO

• Minimum 6-7 years’ banking experience having exposure in Islamic banking including 1 years in investment banking for the position applied for PO

• Dedicated, self-motivated and career focused and flexible with result driven

• Ready to go extra mile to achieve KPI/objective

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centricity, result-oriented

• Ability to lead team, capability to meet target & deadlines and keen to develop others

• Age limit may be relaxed for experienced and deserving candidates

• Managing, Supervising & Monitoring the entire Islamic Banking Business of the Islamic Banking Window.

• Ensuring all banking services are provided to the clients in accordance with regulatory & Bank’s Guideline.

• Communicate with Head Office, Clients & other relevant authorities to ensure smooth operation of Islamic Banking services

• Ensure strict adherence to Islamic banking guidelines issued by Bangladesh Bank and Shariah Supervisory Committee

• Build strong relationships with corporate, SME, and retail clients to grow Islamic banking portfolio

• Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting related to Islamic Banking Window

• Develop capacity building programs for officers on Islamic banking principles and practices

• Achieve KPI related to Deposit, investment and profitability of the Islamic banking window

• Perform any other duties as and when required by the management
