Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Skills Required: 3 to 4 years experience in same position.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Finishing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling finishing unit ensuring shipment target with desired quality
∎ Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment.
∎ Metal detector control records ensure as per buyer requirement.
∎ Maintain company SOP to collect trims and accessories from store .
∎ Have to Maintain close relation with planning, sewing, cutting, store & merchandising department for on time shipment.
∎ To ensure & follow order wise instructions & specifications.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
∎ Monitor production output as per production plan & capacity
∎ Manage the line setup as per production line and machine wise output with the best combination manpower & machine
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per lay out.
∎ To ensure the daily style wise target achievement.
∎ To meet the shipment dates.
∎ To maintain Daily output finishing & packing, record.
∎ Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits
∎ To monitor finished goods handover after execution of quality checking finishing and packing to store department to dispatch.
∎ To maintain in line quality in every step of finishing.
∎ To control lead time against each step of finishing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience as a "Finishing In charge " for a Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Good computer skills.
∎ Technical problem solving ability with analytical skills as per quality standard based of RMG production.
∎ Must possess very good interpersonal skills, to maintain effective relationship with Workers, Supervisors and Managers

Salary: Negotiable
