Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the production of all Bakeries, pastries, cakes, cold/hot desserts, toppings for the pastry shop as well as other outlets.
∎ Produce lucrative well decorated desserts and pastries
∎ To prepare production charts of all the bakery and pastry items and monitor them from time to time.
∎ Ensure to exceed guest expectations in quality and service of the food products.
∎ Supervise the preparation and production of all bakery products.
∎ Ensure that the hygiene standards are maintained by the team in accordance with set standards.
∎ Ensure Hygiene Standards are followed and clear records are kept at all times.
