• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• 5-10 years of product management experience, with a strong track record of implementation of Virtualization related services/products.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, present findings to executives, and work effectively within global, multicultural teams.

• A key part of the job is troubleshooting issues that arise during implementation. This requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a pragmatic approach to finding solutions under pressure.

• Willingness to Travel.

• You will often act as a trusted advisor to clients. This involves active listening to understand their business needs and translating them into technical requirements.

• Vast knowledge and experience about Virtualization related services/products, specifically VMware platform, Huawei Datacenter Virtualization Solution (DCS) etc.

• Responsible for the implementation lifecycle: Plan, execute, and supervise projects from start to completion.

• End User Training (Individual and Group)

• Understanding of Customer Problems and giving them proper support with resolution

• Test the full functional process flow before implementing it at the customer end

• Understand customers' requirements and explain/ coordinate with the project manager/ development head/operation manager.

• Prepare detailed documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and workflows.

• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and post-implementation iteration. Ensure timely and successful project delivery and deployment.

• Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously. Being detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team is essential for keeping projects on track.
