Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in Computer Science or a related subject(s).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to perform multiple implementations in parallel for financial solutions
∎ Manage clients communication for understanding their businesses and requirements
∎ Ability to analyze customer needs and their requirements
∎ Ability to build relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met, they are satisfied with the services and/or products provided
∎ Perform all kinds of implementation tasks, including analyzing data, running automated tools and debugging data error
∎ Deliver assigned works as per organizational standards and implementation guidelines
∎ Assist Project Manager to settle all the matters and solve all issues related to implementation within the given time
∎ Work closely with the entire implementation, development and business team
∎ Prepare and maintain project documentations
∎ Conduct end-user training, Senior management training
∎ Prepare user acceptance test cases and perform UAT
∎ Flexibility to occasionally travel to client sites
∎ Ability to work individually as well as in a team
∎ Perform other project-related works
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have database knowledge and experience with the ability to database conversion by using SQL Scripts and programming
∎ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
∎ Have passion for project implementation
∎ Strong problem-solving skills
∎ Data analysis experience and skills
∎ Understanding of SDLC life cycle
∎ Ability to handle a variety of automated tools during implementation
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Practical experience in writing complex query in SQL
∎ Must be proactive, energetic and determined to meet deadline
∎ Must have team player attitude
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Market competitive salary will be offered for the deserving candidate
