Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering
∎ Work Study /IE ,in Oven Tops & bottoms

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculate SMV and prepared SMV bank, Training of workers.
∎ Making the daily basis planning and line balancing as per the layout.
∎ Monitoring of production output and finding out bottle-necks, technical, quality, machinery problems with immediate solution.
∎ Establish effective quality procedure to meet the requirements of renowned global brand buyers.
∎ Productivity Enhancement.
∎ Implement Lean manufacturing concept into entire value chain.
∎ Line balancing / leveling the production.
∎ Control WIP (work in progress).
∎ Reduce changeover time /TPT.
∎ Select the appropriate machine and equipment for production Line set up.
∎ Cause and effect Analysis to identify the 7 wastage and elimination.
∎ Method analysis to find out process barriers /Bottleneck and solve it.
∎ Standardize the product manufacturing method /system.
∎ Improve Production Performance to achieve higher efficiency.
∎ Reduce total cycle time of product manufacturing.
∎ Method Re-engineering.
∎ Operation Breakdown along with machine and manpower budget.
∎ Optimum utilization of resources.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work Study /IE ,in Oven Tops & bottoms
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skill
∎ Excellent computer knowledge
∎ Able to do work under pressure
