Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc ( Physics, Chemistry & Math is preferable )/ IPE .

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make capacity study, Production Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study like a reputed and 100% export oriented knit (especially lingerie) garment factory.
∎ Line Lay-out, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget.
∎ Monitoring Hourly production figure against the IE target and find the variance with getting supporting management.
∎ Coordinate with Production & planning Team to ensure best productivity.
∎ Ensuring the budgeted manpower allotted at each operations in line.
∎ Ensure back to back feeding, checking method when line feeding.
∎ Monitoring Line/Section Efficiency.
∎ Monitoring and identify the line bottleneck, WIP, critical areas.
∎ Meeting regarding Low efficiency areas with line Management as needed.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery.
∎ Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine
∎ Overtime & loss time monitoring and recording.
∎ Identify wasteful activities & reduce/simplify wasteful activities.
∎ Updating the SMV data base, Skill inventory & method improvement.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by the immediate Superior as well as Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum two years working experience at IE Dept at reputed company .
