Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess assets & resources at disposal from time-to-time. Ensuring optimum of utilization Man, Machine & Method (3M).
∎ Adopt industrial engineering practice in every possible area for maximum productivity and ensure optimum utilization of resources & implementation.
∎ Responsible for carrying out pre-order costing and post order costing (artwork & sample) in coordination with merchandising team.
∎ Measuring accurate factory efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity study, time & motion study, machine breakdown, etc.
∎ Make costing of Standard Minutes Values (SMV) for marketing and also make bulk SMV for production floor.
∎ Setting up daily targets for cutting, sewing and finishing teams .
∎ Adhering to all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process Flow chart & process re-engineering to improve the different process.
∎ Conduct skill assessments of new operators, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their work quality.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projection, requirement, and turnover.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Adopt industrial engineering practice in every possible area for maximum productivity and ensure optimum utilization of resources & implementation.
∎ Establish lean manufacturing culture to reduce non-value added processes. Innovate, update and implement procedures for IE.
∎ Making Layout of the machine with manpower distribution by maintaining proper sequence of sewing operation to ensure best workflow.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastages.
∎ Liaising with production team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time, meeting customers' demand.
∎ Analyse productivity and improve the system by implementing kaizen and innovation in the process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
∎ Well Behaved and convincing
