Experience:
Develop and implement IE strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan factory capacity and manpower requirements based on the production forecast.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production areas
Ensure effective line balancing and layout optimization for maximum efficiency.
Set and achieve target efficiency for each production line.
Develop and monitor SMV for all styles.
Conduct method studies and work measurements to reduce non-value-added activities.
Monitor and control direct and indirect labor costs.
Optimize resource utilization-machines, manpower, and materials.
Support cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality and delivery.
Train IE team members, supervisors, and operators on best practices and productivity.
Coordinate with production, Planning, Quality, and maintenance department to ensure Smooth workflow.
Participate in pre-Production meeting and offer technical inputs for new styles.
Track daily line efficiency, absenteeism, and productivity.
Prepare and present regular reports to top management on performance and improvement plans.
Implement modern IE tools such as Time study, Real time Efficiency Tracking and performance Dashboards.
Good communication skills in English & Bangla.
