∎ Target formulation based on Yarn count, No. of needle, No. of feeder, Stitch Length, RPM & Time.
∎ Efficiency report making
∎ Hourly Monitoring & Follow-up of Production.
∎ Identification of Non-Productive Time.
∎ Preparation of Idle Machine report.
∎ Daily Dia-wise machine classification report making.
∎ Ensure 100% Manpower utilization.
∎ Simplification of critical operations.
