He/She must have to be honest, sincere, reliable, responsible and does have Interpersonal Skill, Organization Skill & happy to learn new skill and great communication skills with professional etiquette.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up pre-production activities, cutting, weaving according to plan.

• Ensure proper utilization of man, machine and materials.

• Update production planning time to time according to the current situation.

• Prepare daily and monthly production report and efficiency report.

• Calculate loss time against low production and clarify standard operational breakdown.

• Analyze individual operator's skill level and train up the low performer operators.

• Provide training to the operators for preparing as multi skilled.

• Provide training to the helpers and promote them as operators.

• Reduce seven-point wastage, in line WIP and unwanted sewing operators.

• CPM, CM, line cost, efficiency, target calculations as per requirement.

• Implement lean manufacturing tools and six sigma.

• Make skill matrix for operator, helpers & supervisor and update it regular basis.

• Situation demand wise need to follow.

• T/A,Mobile bill,Over time allowance,Insurance,Profit share,Gratuity
