Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Public universities candidates will get preference.
∎ IPE & Textile graduates will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Industrial Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IE, Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design layout of equipment and work space to get maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ Identify & eliminate bottlenecks to meet hourly target with efficiency.
∎ Cause study against low production & collect lost time against low production.
∎ Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skilled workforce and initiate skill test for available operators.
∎ Maintaining individual operator performance and motivating operators' performing below the standard.
∎ Analyze the work in progress on work stations and instructing supervisor for better balancing.
∎ Prepare Style Line layout with Operation Bulletin
∎ Maintain an excellent co-ordination with production planning team; and generate substitute quality team & other production support team to ensure quality production & on time shipment.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates experience in woven garment are eligible to apply
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
