Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze a style with Technical Specifications/Buyer comments/Approved sample of the product and apply in bulk production.
∎ Fully involvement with size set sample & pilot run sample and find out the all-risk/challenges to feed sewing line without any challenges.
∎ Recommends necessary adjustments for the improvement of any style that does not coincide with the Technical Specs.
∎ Finalize the OB, Layout, pattern and all type of stitching equipment (Folder, attachment, needle spare parts etc.) with IE, Maintenance, production and quality Dept. at the stage of pilot run.
∎ Conducts pre-production meetings with line management to brief about this style requirement, challenges and solution at least two days ago of line input date.
∎ Feed the line layout in presence of line leader, supervisor, quality controller, line mechanic and IE executive with insuring product quality.
∎ After line feeding follow up and monitor on trouble shoots quality and technical issues whenever needed.
∎ Able to do other related tasks assigned by Top Management.
