Experience:

• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• B.Sc. in IPE/Textile Engineering/Math/Physics etc.

• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• 1-4 years’ experience in RMG industry. (Preferable with Denim, Woven Bottom, Jacket, Knit experience)
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
• Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
• Well conversant with IT equipment.

• Manage and execute IE activities of a woven manufacturing unit.
• Review monthly production plan and give feedback to planning team.
• Prepare balanced production layout considering the available strength of the respective production lines.
• Perform capacity study to find out bottleneck processes of the production line.
• Perform production study to ensure production processes have the desired capacity, meeting the line production target.
• Ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Materials.
• Prepare daily MIS and NPT report, set up daily production target.
• Prepare worker assessment report for newly recruited workers.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
