Additional Requirements:
- 6-10 years’ experience in RMG industry. (Preferable with Denim, Woven Bottom, Jacket, Knit experience)
Responsibilities & Context:
- Will lead the IE team and will be responsible for productivity improvement initiatives of the organization.
- Will ensure effective use of the resources.
- Will ensure balanced production layout for production lines.
- Will ensure capacity study for new production layout and solve the bottleneck processes.
- Will ensure method and motion study for process improvement.
- Will ensure monthly manpower requirement, considering the upcoming production plan and present availability of workforce, maintaining the worker skill matrix.
- Will ensure methodical waste reduction.
- Will initiate training and development activity for IE, Production and Quality departments.
- Will ensure eliminating unnecessary over processing and excess O.T
