Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics
∎ Minimum Graduate from any Public or National University. (Textile engineering background will get preference)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure production target of the line as per production plan.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout.
∎ Ensure time and motion study for all styles and prepare SMV database for all styles.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Review operator skill level monthly basis and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Prepare worker assessment report quarterly and aggregate this report for yearly increment.
∎ Ensure effective communication with supply chain team for increasing productivity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ensure any other job assigned by the reporting authority.
∎ Fresh Graduate can apply.
∎ Excellent communication skill (both written and spoken) in English is a mandatory prerequisite.
∎ Open to continuous self learning process
∎ Should possess good knowledge in MS Office
∎ Should possess enthusiasm, interpersonal skill and be an excellent team player
