Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate need to expertise on Top & Bottom wear (Pants, Jacket, Chino etc.)
∎ Responsible to monitor day to day operations of the Industrial Engineering functions.
∎ Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources;
∎ Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards and to Plan layout of machines and lines to get the highest productivity.
∎ Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency.
∎ Production plan monitoring.
∎ Suggest in increasing production, productivity & efficiency.
∎ Time motion study including SMV (Standard Minute Value), ascertaining the non-productive/ idle time and put suggestion to resolve/control that.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.
∎ Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine break down report etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having 3 years experience in similar rank with proven track records.
∎ experience on handling woven, denim, cargos is must.
∎ Knowledge about GSD, Lean, 5S are an added advantage.
