Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze market, potential customer, and their specific requirement to offer relevant product to solve the pain point of the customer.
∎ Keep researching to understand of a holistic overview of the latest ICT trends, advancement & solutions.
∎ Determine the industries and organizations that are likely to benefit from your ICT solutions.
∎ Make strategy to create a target list and prioritize them based on their potential for conversion.
∎ Cultivate strong relationships with clients by establishing trust and understanding their business objectives.
∎ Tailor bl ICT solutions to meet the specific requirements and budget constraints of each client to show how BL ICT solutions can improve their productivity, efficiency, security, or other relevant areas.
∎ Be prepared to explain technical aspects, address budget constraints, and provide evidence of ROI to alleviate their concerns.
∎ Understand the clients decision-making process and negotiate terms and pricing that benefit both parties to make a win-win situation.
∎ Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and delivery management skills to manage cross-functional teams from the relevant departments and digital/OTT partners for growth strategy and roadmap development.
∎ Capture and map customer footprint into overall ICT space to identify customers digital DNA.
∎ Supporting to plan and execute effective training strategy with content, schedule and B2B segmentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Graduate in CSE/EEE or Business Graduate
∎ Minimum 8-10 years' experience preferred
∎ Required Capabilities- Sound Solution selling skills;
∎ Thorough Knowledge of Digital Solution Ecosystem;
∎ Thorough Knowledge of ICT Business Dynamics;
∎ Sound understanding of corporate Account Management Excellent communication & Presentation skill;
∎ Sound Reporting skills & Analytical ability;
∎ Through understanding of cloud solutions, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS;
∎ Sound understanding of IoT eco system and solutions;
∎ Cloud Solution selling experience is preferred.
