∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a strategy for product development and find the focus area for new ICT services.
∎ Place new service/ product requests through BRD to Demand Management Team and prioritize and escalate to get resources by following the business process evaluating the right vendor through the RFQ process and collaborating with cross-functional teams
∎ Participate in ICT strategy setting to share insights, conduct analysis of ICT sales data and FGD to understand market trends, perform technical issue analysis and find the root cause with IT for driving solution
∎ Collaborate with the Brand and Communications team to place AV requests, prepare content for Lead Generation Campaigns, analyze the requirement to select, and plan the right channels for campaigns and ensure the execution of campaign design and funnel creation
∎ Manage new and existing vendors to ensure proper service delivery while ensuring timely vendor payment.
∎ Align vendor on upcoming Demo Presentations and customization requests for new account onboarding and keep track of vendor DD renewal and work as an Employee Sponsor (Due Diligence) process for the ICT team.
∎ Explore new product ideas and demos from potential vendors, prepare and evaluate Business Cases for that service and start RFI/ RFQ process accordingly through SCM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 Years of relevant experience
∎ Thorough industry insight
∎ Strong network negotiation skills demonstrated in relevant stakeholders
∎ Depth knowledge of contents, M2M, IoT, Cloud, and business solutions
∎ Basic understanding of a wide range of product development
∎ Comprehensive understanding of the target market
∎ Basic Project management knowledge
