Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring and maintaining network infrastructure;
∎ Administering, maintaining, operating, troubleshooting, and monitoring system performance and resources of WAN/LAN and security systems such as Router, Switches, Firewall;
∎ Be responsible for the maintenance, security, and scalability of installed Windows Servers, AD, Group Policy customization, VMware vCenter, HP DL servers, and Cisco network;
∎ Supervising, managing and co-ordinating ICT staff, including managing the day-to-day operations of the staff supporting server infrastructure, user services and other information technology function;
∎ Performing IT system analysis and design; in consultation and with the guidance of the supervisor identifying, interpreting, and evaluating IT system requirements;
∎ Analyzing the costs, value and risks of information technology, and advising ICT Security Officer;
∎ Performing IT system configuration and implementation;
∎ Managing IT systems implementation projects, and evaluatintg project completion with regard to scope, schedule, and budget against the project plan;
∎ Managing IT technical documentation; maintaining, developing and advising on WAN/LAN, Servers and Security System related documentation, such as SOPs and technical reference library; documenting IT system configuration;
∎ Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
