Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound knowledge of LAN, WAN, Access Point, and Wireless Networking
∎ Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv4, IPv6, OS, firewall
∎
∎ Computing Devices: Desktops, Laptops, Tablets Devices operating on MAC, Windows, Linux, Android, and other platforms.
∎ Office Equipment: Printers, Scanners, Projectors, Access Control Systems, etc.
∎ Network Equipment & Internet Connectivity: Modems, Cabling, Routers, Switches, Next Generation router & Firewalls, Access Points, Wi-Fi Networks, etc.
∎ Power: UPS, AVR, and other power-related equipment.
∎ IT inventory management and contribute to decision-making regarding device replacements and spare parts procurement.
∎ Maintain internal knowledge documents and actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues and peers.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
∎
∎ Value will be added if candidate Certified on Following:
∎ CCNA, Microsoft O365, MS Exchange, Azure etc.
