Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Training Institutes, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies

• Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Training Institutes, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

Applicants must have Diploma degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

Past experience in Telecommunication Sector will get preference.

• Installation:

  Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and components, including ductwork and electrical wiring. 

• Maintenance:

  Perform routine preventative maintenance by cleaning, adjusting, and calibrating HVAC systems and their parts. 

• Repair:

  Inspect, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning HVAC equipment, such as furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems. 

• Customer Service:

  Interact with clients to discuss system problems, explain issues, and provide recommendations for maintenance or upgrades. 

• Safety & Compliance:

  Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure work complies with local building codes and regulations. 

• Record Keeping:

  Keep accurate and detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed. 

• Emergency Service:

  Respond to emergency calls for repairs, often performing on-call duties as needed. 

Essential Skills

• Technical Proficiency:

  Knowledge of various HVAC components, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, chillers, and ventilation systems. 

• Problem-Solving:

  Ability to diagnose complex system malfunctions and find effective solutions. 

• Blueprint Reading:

  Skill in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints to understand system layouts. 

• Communication Skills:

  Ability to clearly explain technical issues and maintenance needs to customers. 

• Physical Stamina:

  The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, work in various settings, and tolerate extreme temperatures.
