Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment

• Installation: Installing new HVAC systems and equipment based on blueprints and specifications. 
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating parts. 
• Repair: Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying the cause of malfunctions and recommending solutions. Service: Providing exceptional customer service, explaining issues, and providing system maintenance guidelines. 
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with HVAC industry codes and occupational safety regulations. 
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of work performed and inventory.
