Responsibilities & Context:

Vehicle Technician – Job Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles.

  • Perform repair and maintenance work for heavy and light vehicles.

  • Inspect engines, brake systems, suspension, transmission, and other vehicle components.

  • Conduct routine servicing, oil changes, and preventive maintenance.

  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify technical problems.

  • Ensure all repair work is completed according to safety and company standards.

  • Maintain proper service records and report major technical issues to supervisors.

  • Test vehicles after repair to ensure proper performance.

    Denter (Heavy, Light) – Job Responsibilities

    • Repair damaged vehicle body parts for heavy and light vehicles.

    • Perform dent removal, panel beating, body alignment, and metal repair works.

    • Replace or fix damaged doors, fenders, bumpers, and other body components.

    • Use welding, cutting, and dent repair tools properly and safely.

    • Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting when required.

    • Inspect vehicle body condition and identify repair requirements.

    • Ensure quality finishing and proper alignment after repair work.

    • Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain tools/equipment properly.
