Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic career [preferably BBA & MBA]

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attract talents and manage the hiring process in effective manner.
∎ Reviewing job applications, conducting interviews, and hiring talents in an efficient and timely manner.
∎ Handling Disciplinary and grievance Issues in accordance with concerned policy, procedure and regulatory compliance;
∎ Ensuring timely disposal of disciplinary and compliance related decisions to concerned stakeholders;
∎ Ensuring smooth separation of employees and calculating end services benefits in accordance with concerned policy of the Bank;
∎ Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
∎ Assisting HRMIS unit by keeping and updating information in the system;
∎ Any other job / responsibility as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resources Division in any reputed Bank only.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply
∎ Candidates having break of services need not apply
∎ Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development etc.)
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law (BLA) and Bangladesh Labor Rules (BLR)
∎ PGDHRM will be considered as an added advantage
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skill.
