∎ Contract length:
∎ December 31, 2020 (During the entire contract period, the COVID-19 Response Program staffs will have to stay at IRC arranged accommodation facility and cannot travel outside.)
∎ Purpose:
∎ The purpose of this position is to:
∎ Ensuring effective Recruitment and selection of COVID 19 health response staff.
∎ Ensuring smooth onboarding and Orientation of COVID 19 health response staff
∎ Ensure timesheet, Leave, Personnel file and payment of all ITC staff timely manner
∎ Ensuring on time and accurate employment contract management.
∎ Ensuring Incentive worker management
∎ Ensuring Performance and Exit management.
∎ Ensuring Healthy Employee Relation in COVID 19 health response

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment and Onboarding:
∎ Ensure ITC has completed its recruitment process on time and as early as possible, in the arrangement, Coordinate with core recruitment team for facilitating RRF, job posting, screening, arrange interview and also be active part of recruitment panel, work closely with core team on offer processing, reference and ATC check, coordinating the upcoming joining staff, communicate with them about our benefits, joining arrangement, and close coordination with operations to bring the staff to workplace.
∎ Share ITC recruitment tracker with senior HR coordinator twice in a week and senior HR coordinator will then review and further sharing with all concerned.
∎ Facilitate joining formalities, visit the location at the time of joining, handover welcome pack, give necessary support as required and ensure proper HR induction session within 5 working days of every staff's joining and working as key HR focal person of ITC staff.
∎ Regular visit the isolated staff, talk with them about their different questions and needs, arrange psychosocial supports for those who needed this, Orient the staff about the policies through different training sessions through teams or face to face.
∎ Ensure logistics support of the ITC staff such as Mobile SIM, ID cards, Mobile phone who are eligible, Bank Accounts and other necessary logistics arrangement of the ITC staff as it and when required.
∎ Ensure on time recruitment and onboarding of incentive worker and facilitate necessary onboarding process of incentive worker of ITC.
∎ Keep track of incentive workers and provide report time to time as it required by relevant management.
∎ Ensure proper off boarding / separation process when any staff of COVID 19 health response departs.

∎ Other Responsibilities:

∎ Ensure timesheet and payment of all ITC staff timely manner and report to the relevant wings if there need particular attentions.
∎ Help program on roster arrangement and give support to the program to implement that.
∎ Work closely with the ITC staff familiar them with Leave policies and eligibilities and work with core HR team how this can be effectively managed.
∎ Facilitate separation process when applicable in consultation with the core HR team and complete all logistics part related to this.
∎ Ensure performance management process in coordination with Core HR team.
∎ Visit staff accommodation time to time and work closely with operations to address the concern from staff and your own judgment.
∎ Ensure payment of incentive worker on time, work closely with programs to ensure the attendance and payment verification and payment completed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably at least 3 years as an HR professional having experience of staff management, recruitment, compensation and HR Administration.
∎ Experienced in working with refugees and vulnerable groups of people, preferred.
∎ Work experience in an English-speaking context.
∎ Exposure in managing recruitment and onboarding process, Training and development, HR operations.
∎ Demonstrable ability to plan long-term, organize priorities and work under administrative and programmatic pressures with detail orientation and professional grace.
∎ Proven sense of professional discretion, integrity, and ability to manage complex HR situations diplomatically and to effective resolution.
∎ Top-tier written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Excellent management, interpersonal and negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to promote harmonious/cohesive teamwork, in a cross-cultural context.
∎ Ability to demonstrate a supportive and consultative approach with direct reports and staff at senior and junior levels.
∎ Very strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
∎ Presents a professional demeanor at all times. Approaches others in a tactful manner. Reacts well under pressure. Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Accepts responsibility for own actions. Follows through on commitments.
∎ Working knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act (BLA).
