∎ The role of Human Resources Head Of Department is to Define Human Resources policy for the mission and coordinate its implementation and deployment throughout the mission in order to provide optimum support to programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 7 years of overall experience and 5 years in management position in HR;
∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience in Global, multinational context in Humanitarian or Development sector
∎ Experience and understanding of safeguarding; Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
∎ Excellent relationship building and management skills. Excellent leadership skills
∎ Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
∎ Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills; Advanced Analytical and Problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to lead and manage change; Ability to anticipate needs and make recommendations.
∎ Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Ability to believe and follow ACF’s principles and values.
∎ Technical skills in ACF software’s. Problem-solving skills
Salary: Tk. 187000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 02 basic salary per year. Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary.
∎ End of Contract Benefits: End of Contract Benefits: 30 days of salary per year of service (No eligibility pro-rated under 1 year)
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year).
∎ Life and accident insurance from joining day Maternity Benefit: 3 (three) basic salary.
∎ Birth Allowance, Marriage Allowance, etc.
