Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead end-to-end recruitment processes—from manpower requisition to successful onboarding—ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and implement data-driven, proactive recruitment strategies.
∎ Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, and coordination of final selection stages.
∎ Drive employer branding through social media, career fairs, and university partnerships.
∎ Source and attract top talent through diverse channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and campus drives, while maintaining strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
∎ Track and analyze key recruitment metrics; develop intuitive dashboards, monthly reports, and scorecards to inform strategic HR decisions.
∎ Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and support seamless onboarding and orientation for new hires.
