∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply (with good academic record);
∎ Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role (3-5 years preferred);
∎ Good understanding of HR functions and best practices;
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word & PPT);
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
∎ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
∎ Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially;
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and Speaking).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes;
∎ Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date;
∎ Support onboarding and induction of new hires;
∎ Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication;
∎ Assist in payroll processing and maintaining leave records;
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies;
∎ Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures;
∎ Assist in performance management processes and appraisals;
∎ Prepare HR reports and analytics as required;
∎ Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations;
∎ Able to prepare Budget for recruitment stationaries & others necessary materials;
∎ Assist to prepare document as per Bangladesh labor law, company policy & buyer demand;
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
