∎ Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse or Storage management (preferred).
∎ Familiarity with management of Warehouse, Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities using software based platform will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience and skills in administration, office/organisation/fleet management will be preferred.
∎ MS EXCEL, MS Office tools and ERP experience.
∎ Presentation and communication skills (English and Bengali).
∎ Negotiating skills, Self-Organized, Multi-Tasking and Organizing capacity.
∎ ‘Can do attitude’, self-starter who takes the initiative.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support Preparing procurement dossiers as per ACF/Donor standards, KITLOG, guidelines, compliant for audit readiness. Follow up of the supply chain activities of the base to ensure efficient and quick support.
∎ Market/supplier visits to obtain the necessary market information and documentation in order to prepare the purchase (PR / Quotation Request, Technical specifications, samples, designs, PFU, etc…)
∎ Prepare collect submits bills and vouchers.
∎ Archive Purchase Dossiers & Manage Archive Database.
∎ Support SCM process ensuring reception delivery as per quality, quantity approved or requested.
∎ Conduct market surveys, suppliers’ analysis and increasing suppliers’ database.
∎ Organizing the reception of the goods/services ordered as per quality, quantity approved or requested.
∎ Update databases; maintain stock forms, bin cards, and stock cards.
∎ Organizing and storing goods in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring proper labelling and segregation of items to facilitate easy retrieval with updated Stock Cards and Bin Cards.
∎ Identify items entering and leaving the warehouse, checking quality, quantity, and documentation. Report any issues promptly. Ensure reception and deliveries of items are met within requester’s delivery dates at stipulated locations and entered on LINK.
∎ Conduct monthly physical inventory of all items in stock and report any unused stock.
∎ Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and loading of goods for distribution to field locations or beneficiaries.
∎ Monitor the condition of goods in storage, report any damages or expiry dates, and ensure compliance with storage guidelines to maintain product quality.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of all warehouse activities, including receipts, dispatches, stock movements, and inventory reports.
∎ Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and assist in conducting physical inventory counts as required.
∎ Supervise use-by dates of food and medicine, ensuring proper stock rotation and expiration.
∎ Update Stock Management on LINK with updated SFU, SR, Stock cards and Bin Cards.
∎ Checking and validating the supplier invoices, delivery Challans, bills, etc.
∎ Support Programs operations in field activity, supply and warehouse management
∎ Collaborate closely and communicate on a daily bases with the Manager to ensure that the support needed by the program is provided timely and efficiently (procurement need, delay of supplies and functional cost assessment for budget development …).
∎ Support Log department on other delegated tasks.
∎ Ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary.

∎ Objective 1: Support the Supply Chain Management Process
