Job Context:
∎ Under the mentorship and direct supervision of Senior HR Manager-Recruitment and Operations, the position will be responsible for Recruitment Onboarding and Documentation of HR.
∎ Job Location: Cox`s Bazar
∎ Contract Length: 1 year (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment and Onboarding:
∎ Create advertisements and manage job vacancies.
∎ Conduct initial CV screening, send it to hiring manager, ensure feedback as well as update the recruitment tracker.
∎ Ensure Offer (communication email) within the receiving day of approved interview Board Note.
∎ Ensure offer processing and updating the tracker about their joining status.
∎ Prepare Upgradation letter for the internal upgradation.
∎ Specify the interview schedule as per plan agreed by hiring manager and HR.
∎ Maintain compliance of Recruitment Process.
∎ Closing the Recruitment Process file with required documents and signatures.
∎ Handle Onboarding Formalities.
∎ File Management & Other Documentation:
∎ Prepare personal file immediately after joining Staff.
∎ Maintain and Update Personal file time to time.
∎ HR Operations:
∎ Prepare and Manage bills for bdjobs and submit to Finance for the payment.
∎ Manage Contract (Contract Extension, Contract Non-Extension, Contract Non-Extension Withdrawal) as per the instruction of Sr. HR Manager.
∎ Oversee the RRRC card preparation.
∎ Raise purchase request procured, and settled bills for RRRC card, Visiting card.
∎ Prepare relocation allowance when required.
∎ Support Sr. HR Officer - Payroll by giving documents of new hirer documents for preparation of payroll.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 60 years
∎ Minimum 1 year(s) of relevant working experience preferably in development sector.
∎ Experienced in working with refugees and vulnerable groups of people, preferred
∎ Work experience in an English-speaking context
∎ Exposure in managing recruitment process
∎ Good communication and organizational skills, team spirit and capacity to work with little supervision
∎ Capacity of treating information confidentially
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility in working under pressure
∎ Sound computer skills in MS Office
