Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the various recruitment processes by developing job descriptions/specifications, posing the jobs, and sourcing prospective candidates.
∎ Support with initial CV screening and calling candidates.
∎ Maintain a proper database of prospective candidates and keep good contact to maintain the candidate's pipeline.
∎ Assisting recruitment Team in carrying out daily activities.

∎ Students of last semester or freshers can apply.

∎ Excellent written and verbal communication in English
∎ Comfortable on the phone
∎ Extremely organized & attention to detail

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
