1. Calculate employee performance according to company requirements 2. Supervise company employee attendance
3. Connect with government entities and process company compliance documents
4. Connect with banks and assist bank managers in issuing certificates
5. Review employee reimbursement for travel and other expenses
6. Assist in formulating formalized processes to enable the healthy development of the company
