Responsibilities & Context:

• Assist customers by providing accurate product information and professional guidance.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Adapt quickly to challenging or adverse situations and effectively resolve issues using professional skills.

• Maintain daily sales records and submit regular report to the supervisor.

• Assist in product promotion, branding, and overall marketing activities.

• Ensure proper stock management and coordinate with the warehouse when required.

• Represent the company in a professional, disciplined and positive manner at all times.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
