Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Master degree in Management, Accounting or relevant field;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ This position will support the senior officer - compensation and benefits to ensure timely and accurate preparation of salary and other benefits. S/he will be responsible for preparing and archiving all benefits related documents.
∎ S/he will need to visit field offices frequently

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check attendance and leave of staff before salary disbursement each month and ensure proper documentation.
∎ Receive, and check all sorts of HR form including leaves, salary advances, loans, extra-hours etc.
∎ Calculate extra-work in excel sheet.
∎ Prepare medical reimbursement sheet.
∎ Ensure probation evaluation form and action plan is received on time.
∎ Distribute pay slip among the field staff; Ensure proper scanning and preservation of payslips.
∎ Frequently visit field to distribute and collect HR documents among the field staff.
∎ Prepare, distribute and file-up all kinds of HR documents including extension, promotion, relocation, modification etc;
∎ Collaborate with audit team and provide all necessary information/documents/files as per request.
∎ Ensure calculation of per-diem for local staff and any other financial adjustment, reimbursement etc.
∎ Preparation of casual payment sheet and reporting (with 100% accuracy)
∎ Details JD will be provided on the day of joining

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role
∎ Minimum 2 years of proven work experience of handling payroll related activities in an large organization, work experience in INGO will be an added advantage
∎ Experience on HR database
∎ Organized with strong prioritization skills
∎ Ability to handle confidential information
∎ Great attention to details
∎ Computer literate with experience of Office (Word, especially Excel, & Power Point) & other systems
∎ Ability to maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders within a mission environment
∎ Ability for analytical skills and ability produce clear, concise analysis and draw recommendations would be assets
∎ Strong prioritization skills
∎ Interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
∎ Excellent knowledge national labor law & regulations
∎ Knowledge of basic HR operations

Salary: Tk. 55000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year depending on performance
∎ End of Contract Benefits: As per organization policy
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year)
∎ 18 days of paid annual leaves per year
∎ 10 days of paid casual leaves per year
∎ 14 days of paid sick leaves per year.
