• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

• At least 2 years

• Lead and manage overall HR operations in Bangladesh with alignment to global HR strategy.

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and foster a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.

• Support expat employees seconded from Bangladesh in HR-related matters.

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment to attract, hire, and retain high-caliber professionals.

• Implement effective onboarding, orientation, and employee development programs.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a strong organizational culture.

• Design and implement fair and competitive compensation structures, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.

• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and international HR standards.

• Lead key HR projects including HRIS implementation, pay structure development, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives.

• Manage employee relations and handle grievance and disciplinary issues professionally and in line with policy.

• Use HR analytics to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
