∎ Who we are: Remote kitchen is a Saas(software as a service) company to empower each restaurant to be able to accomplish the digitalization transformation. If the restaurant doesn`t have any presence on any food delivery platform, Remote Kitchen will help you to show up on the food delivery platform at our own cost and gain more orders online. If the restaurant is already registered on some food delivery platform, we can still help you to have more than one virtual brand in the same food delivery platform to gain more exposure. We don’t charge any service fee from our partners because we believe in our partner restaurants’ power to represent their communities and provide delicious, eclectic meals to their ever-ravenous customers at scale. Currently we have just completed the pre-seed fund raising from Ginkgo Capital, now we are in the progress of 200 million dollar fundraising with 15 million valuations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment and Staffing:
∎ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
∎ Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
∎ Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure that job descriptions accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and staffing.
∎ Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
∎ The HR Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment and staffing process to ensure that the organization has the talent it needs to achieve its goals. This involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, managing the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection, and working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure that job descriptions accurately reflect the requirements of each position. The HR Manager also facilitates the onboarding process for new hires to ensure they have the tools and information they need to be successful in their roles.
∎ Training and Development:
∎ Develop and implement employee training and development programs that support the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Identify employee training needs and recommend appropriate training and development solutions.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and make necessary adjustments.
∎ Ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
∎ Provide guidance and support to managers in the performance evaluation process.
∎ The HR Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing employee training and development programs that support the company's goals and objectives. This involves identifying employee training needs and recommending appropriate training and development solutions, evaluating the effectiveness of training and development programs and making necessary adjustments. The HR Manager also develops and implements performance management systems that provide employees with clear performance expectations and feedback. In addition, the HR Manager provides guidance and support to managers in the performance evaluation process and develops and implements employee recognition and rewards programs to encourage high performance.
∎ The HR Manager must have a deep understanding of the organization's culture, mission, and vision, as well as the skills and knowledge required for each position in the organization. They must also stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices and have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with both employees and hiring managers. By focusing on recruitment and staffing, training and development, the HR Manager helps to ensure that the organization has the talent it needs to succeed and that employees are engaged and motivated to perform at their best.
∎ Performance Management:
∎ Develop and implement performance management systems that provide employees with clear performance expectations and feedback.
∎ Provide guidance and support to managers in the performance evaluation process.
∎ Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 40 years
∎ Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
