Education:

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
  • M.com / MBA (HRM/Management)/ from UGC approved any recognized university. with minimum 2nd division/class/CGPA 3.00 at all stages.

Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, attendance, leave, and payroll support

• Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR database.

• Coordinate training performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities.

• Support administrative functions such as office management, logistics, and vendor communication

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Prepare reports and documentation as required by management

• Handle other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good command of English and Bangla (written & verbal).

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure

• Skills & Expertise

• Content writing Data Entry (English & Bengali) General HR.MS Office, Spoken English.
