• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Age 18 to 35 years

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

• Nurture a positive working environment.

• Labor Law Proficiencies: Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal Compensation, disciplinary action, etc.
