∎ Details:
∎ Consistently recruiting excellent new staff for MH Educational Group of Companies.
∎ Attending Career Fairs for head hunting the most dynamic freshers and talents.
∎ Represents the company's different places to develop a brand HR perspective.
∎ Maintaining a smooth employee onboarding process.
∎ Clearly defined induction, cooling period, probation period, permanent positions etiquettes and jobs.
∎ Evaluate employees from induction day to-cooling period, probation period, permanent positions, quarterly and yearly.
∎ Training, counselling, and coaching our staff.
∎ Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
∎ Carrying out necessary administrative duties as per company standard
∎ Conducting quarterly performance and yearly wage reviews as per company standards.
∎ Developing clear policies in-to-out and ensuring policy awareness.
∎ Creating clear and concise reports for each person and team.
∎ Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
∎ Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
∎ Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
∎ Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
∎ Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
∎ Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
∎ Recording daily, weekly, monthly and yearly all leave and policies to maintain a wonderful HR management system.
∎ Supporting regular performance evaluations of individual employees or groups of employees to measure their progress toward meeting goals and achieving objectives.
∎ Legal and Compliance
∎ Workplace safely

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
