Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace morale and satisfaction.
∎ Conduct regular surveys to assess employee satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
∎ Plan and organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
∎ Ensure that accurate updated job descriptions, employee records, personal file databases of staffs are in their respective files.
∎ Assists in organization of need-based staff training sessions, orientations, workshops and activities.
∎ Maintain attendance, Duty Roster, Duty Replacement, Overtime, Benefits, Payroll and leave management to ensure proper HR management implementation & execution.
∎ Work in payroll- preparing salary sheet, Calculate Income Tax from Salary for each personnel and make TDS approval of salary sheet and salary disbursement.
∎ Prepare Employee ID card, Business Card, Sim Card, Laptop, Computer, Stationery and Employee Certificate etc.
∎ Support services to the employees relating to Safety, Security, Health, Dress & Behavior Code and House Keeping.
∎ To prepare / issue various office note, memo, notice, circular, office order, meeting schedule, organize meetings, record & circulate the minutes to the respective personnel(s).
∎ Prepare Annual HR Budget and manage HR activity to ensure costs are within the Budget.
∎ Develop, formulate and implement various Policies and Procedures. Assist in Handling Disciplinary & Grievance.
∎ Maintain the procedure of disciplinary action, resignation, dismissal, discharge and termination procedure and records as per guideline and law of the country.
∎ Maintain all day-to-day office administrative activities.
∎ Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, reference checks, interviewing, candidate selection, issuance of appointment letters and processing important documents
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and quality hires.
∎ Conduct new employee orientations and assist in the onboarding process.
∎ Support the performance management process-Key Performances Indicators (KPI) by assisting in goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
∎ Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
