∎ Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
∎ University going students are encourage to apply.
∎ Basic computer skills (specially MS Word & MS Excel), including familiarity with CRM systems.
∎ Excellent verbal and listening communication skills.
∎ Problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
∎ Excellent attention to detail.
∎ Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regular outbound calls to donors or external stakeholders in a timely manner.
∎ Regular follow-up clients/donor and update their profile.
∎ Respond to inbound calls and assist with inquiries or issues in coordination with internal teams.
∎ Address client/donor concerns and provide solutions to problems or escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.
∎ Accurately log client/donor information and interactions into the company's database.
∎ Ensure timely support & resolution by following up with donor as required.
∎ Follow company protocols and policies while maintaining professionalism.
