∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ Additional certifications in data analysis, financial modeling, or business strategy, such as: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Project Management Professional (PMP)Data Analytics or Data Science certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) Specialized training or coursework in market research, competitive analysis, or strategic planning.

∎ Proven experience in conducting market and competitive analysis, including identifying trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
∎ Strong background in financial modeling and business case development, with experience evaluating the feasibility of new initiatives, partnerships, or investments.
∎ Exposure to industry-specific dynamics (e.g., healthcare, retail, technology, etc.) and understanding of market drivers and challenges.
∎ Experience with advanced analytical tools and methodologies, such as data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, JIRA), CRM systems, and ERP environments.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure fundraising effectiveness.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple fundraising initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze financial performance and investment opportunities for the hospital and its independent business units.
∎ Conduct feasibility studies and financial modeling to support business expansion and sustainability.
∎ Monitor industry developments and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
∎ Propose strategies for business improvement based on research findings.
∎ Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
∎ Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
∎ Gather, document, and analyze business and financial requirements from stakeholders.
∎ Develop and enhance fundraising strategies based on data-driven insights.
∎ Monitor and track fundraising progress, reporting insights to senior management.
∎ Develop financial strategies to optimize revenue generation and cost efficiency.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the profitability of the blood bank and other initiatives operating as independent businesses.
∎ Collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams to align financial plans with business goals.
∎ Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and risk assessments for senior leadership.
∎ Assess market trends and competitive positioning to guide strategic financial planning.
∎ Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial process optimization.
∎ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial health and business growth.
∎ Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate the feasibility of new initiatives, partnerships, or investments.
∎ Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders, making and driving business growth.
∎ Provide data-driven insights to support investment decisions and capital allocation.
∎ Leverage advanced analytical tools and methodologies to extract insights from complex datasets.
∎ Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports.
∎ Stay current with the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
