Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Social Welfare, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act in the light of HRD policies for the organization with regard to employee relation.
∎ Manage the training process and ensure employees fit the role and organizational culture.
∎ Conduct the orientation of new employees and maintain training records.
∎ Responsible for training and development, preparing training materials and conduct soft skill training.
∎ Assist in a wide range of employee welfare areas such as counseling, grievance handling, conflict management, maternity benefits etc.
∎ Develop good practice, innovative human resource initiative.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as absenteeism rates, turnover, training and welfare.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Female candidates will get preference.
∎ Possess excellent understanding, written and oral communication in English.
∎ Ability to type in Bangla and English will be given preference.
∎ Knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power Point will be preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
