Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative functions.

  • Maintain attendance and leave records, prepare and update personal files for all employees.

  • Ensure cleanliness of office and facility premises.

  • Look after safety & security issue of the company.

  • Support recruitment process (Job description, job specification, advertisement, CV screening, reference check, job offer, job contract and placement), onboarding/induction, transfer, separation, contract renew, exit interview.

  • Maintain official documents, ensure proper documentation of all HR & Admin related files.

  • Issue employee accessories, official uniforms and corporate numbers.

  • Coordinate compliance issues, safety & security and hygienic as per labor law in central office and facility premises.

  • Ensure fleet management and maintain office support staffs, drivers and cleaners etc.

  • Handle transport, liaison with labor office, Police Station, Local authority and other govt offices.

  • Assist in various event organization and source required logistics.

  • Maintain vendor relations and adopt cost effective strategies.

  • Recruiting and staffing.

  • Employee relations.

  • Performance management.

  • Training and development.

  • Compensation and benefits administration.HR policy and procedure development.

  • Compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Employee engagement initiatives.

  • Handling employee grievances and conflicts,

  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems.

  • Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
