Experience Requirements:

HR Department, Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to lead all the team and appraise & motivate the team members
∎ Should be excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality
∎ Carry out activities of employee discipline, grievances, motivation, and welfare
∎ Look after legal matters and update all relevant documents.
∎ Communicate with government & non-government organizations, i.e., Police, Environment, Fire, Insurance etc. as and when required.
∎ Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
∎ Follow-up & eusure to Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit
∎ Follow-up & eusure a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR and administrative issues
∎ Follow-up & eusure to appointment processing, orientation / induction, exit interview etc
∎ Update all license, certificates
∎ Ensure employees health-hygiene, safety & welfare.
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
∎ Developing & formulating the existing procurement planning & strategy for achieving organizational goals.
∎ Carry out competitive market surveys and analyze procurement activities.
∎ Maintain close liaison with related departments.
∎ Developing inventive and cost-effective procurement strategies.
∎ To assure supply availability, control and monitor possible supply sources both domestically and internationally.
∎ Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures.
∎ To search and create alternate source and product.
∎ Monitor the cost-effective physical distribution activities of all kind of finished goods.
∎ Develop all type of policies related to logistics
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be well conversant with Labor Law & Rules, Fire Rules, Environmental Law and other related rules & regulations
∎ Sound knowledge of disciplinary actions and HR, Admin & Compliance issues.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
