∎ Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify) is a plus.
∎ Good typing speed required.

∎ Returns Processing: Manage the returns process, including issuing refunds and exchanges.
∎ Order Processing: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
∎ Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships.
∎ Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues creatively and effectively.
∎ Knowledge Base: Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to assist customers and improve efficiency.
