∎ Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
∎ Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
∎ Understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Passion for visual storytelling.
∎ Proven experience as a Graphics Designer & Animator.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, and print advertisements.
∎ Animation: Develop engaging animations for product demonstrations, explainer videos, and other marketing materials.
∎ Branding: Ensure all visual assets align with IHW's brand guidelines and identity.
∎ Illustration: Create original illustrations to enhance marketing materials and storytelling.
∎ Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop and execute visual strategies.
∎ Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and software.
