Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all necessary paperwork, employee and worker communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers compensation claims, and return to work programs is completed
∎ Complete initial reporting, accident investigations, communication work restrictions, claim adjuster correspondence, tracking and claim review analysis for settlements
∎ Oversee the performance management of the workers and assist in salary planning
∎ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
∎ Provide counseling to workers on policies and procedures
∎ Be actively involved in worker recruitment by preparing job descriptions, managing the hiring process
∎ Maintain workers daily record (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
∎ Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
∎ Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
∎ Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
∎ Strong ethics and reliability
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
