Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources
    • Diploma
  • Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR role with strong focus on data management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software or HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Google Sheets, Excel automation (macros)
  • Familiarity with payroll or HR analytics tools is preferable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.


Responsibilities & Context:

HR Executive with Excel Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and databases using Excel and HR systems.
  • Prepare and manage monthly HR reports (attendance, payroll, overtime, leave summary, etc.) using advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring data accuracy and coordination with the finance department.
  • Track and analyze employee performance, attendance, and benefits using Excel dashboards.
  • Support the HR Manager in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and update organizational charts, employee lists, and HR analytics reports.
  • Handle employee queries and maintain the confidentiality of HR information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
